Green, spicy, a slight hint of paprika, gentle notes of pepper and grassy hints form the unusual aroma. Slightly sweet and spicy on the palate, again with slightly grassy notes. Some tart fruitiness on the mid-palate. Dry, slightly vegetal and harmonious on the finish.
