The typicality of the muscatel grape is well captured in the aroma, with sweetish honey and elderberry notes rising unchecked into the nose. The fruitiness on the palate is similar to the aroma, with barrel savouriness setting in fairly immediately in the middle. Surprisingly dry and spicy in the finish and aftertaste.
