Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Complex aromas of dried fruit, oak, some nuts, vanilla, plum and raisin emerge from the glass. Dense and aromatic on the palate, a strong spiciness shapes the body, which convinces with gentle fruit, fine sweetness, oak and dried fruit. The finish is quite dry and complex, warming, savoury and fruity.
