Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose appears classically complex with lots of juniper, cardamom, citrus and pepper. Also on the palate this impression remains multilayered, the savouriness fills the mouth completely. Good length on the finish.
