Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Vegetal nose, with juniper, meadow herbs, some peppery notes and citrus. Soft and balanced on the palate, some lime, juniper and gentle peppery notes. A slightly fruity sweetness with pleasant spices, a medium-long finish.
