Aniseed and fennel are very vivid, with light notes of liquorice, chamomile and green herbs on the nose. Tart, earthy undertone. Enormous alcoholic strength and a warming body on the palate. A slight spiciness underpins the now clear liquorice notes, while aniseed and fennel reappear in the warm, powerful finish with a fine spiciness. Tip: enjoy with plenty of ice and water.
