Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Powerful nose with notes of various spices, dried herbs, juniper and nuances of gentian are recognisable. Served on ice, dense and powerful on the palate, savoury, ethereal and fresh. Notes of juniper, gentian and some bitter orange are noticeable. A fine sweetness completes the picture.
