Fresh, tart herbal notes with mentholated mint, some cherry and a certain sweetness. Dense and powerful on the palate, savoury and strikingly bitter. A gentle, slightly berry like sweetness is added in the mid-palate, which softens the strong bitterness. The finish is slightly sharp and strikingly bitter.
