Falstaff Weinguide Schweiz 2024/25

Marisol and Andreas Florin attach great importance to authenticity which is why they do not outsource any of their work. Their south-facing steep slopes near Stein am Rhein are a special terroir. The Florins see climate and nature as their partners, cultivating their vineyards by hand and showing great sensitivity in the cellar. They give nature its space, and so flowers and insects have just as much a place here as birds and small animals.
