The winery of the Peter Skoff family is one of the top addresses in the South Styrian wine scene. Sauvignon Blanc, the winery's superstar, has won several recent tasting awards, including "Austria's Best Sauvignon 2021" (Concours Mondial). Satisfied wine customers and numerous other awards confirm the uncompromising strive for quality. The winery is located in the middle of the very high vineyards on the Kranachberg with a wonderful panoramic view over the Südsteiermark Nature Park.
Peter Skoff and his two sons, Markus and Peter junior, cultivate about 30 hectares of vineyards in one of the best wine-growing areas of the country. The wines with their mineral character score points for, above all, their harmonious drinking pleasure and as perfect accompaniments to food. Connoisseurs can taste the wine in the popular Buschenschank (wine tavern) and then make themselves comfortable in one of the five cosy guest rooms. Since the 2014 vintage, certified organic wines have also been available under the "Peter Skoff - Gut Kaspar" label.
