Weingut Schmid is located in Gobelsburg in the Kamptal winegrowing region. Fertile, lime-rich loess and gravel soils that date back to the Tertiary period characterise the wines here in a distinctive way. Precise manual work with the use of modern, as well as traditional methods of vinification, guarantee the high quality of the estate's wines.
