Internationally, the wines of Lenz Moser are a key showpiece for the Austrian wine scene. The winery, which has its headquarters in Rohrendorf near Krems, is not only the market leader when it comes to Austrian qualitative wine, but has also always been innovative. Among other things, the screw cap was already introduced here in 1984, and since 2008 you can find it on almost all of Lenz Moser's wines.
"Small is beautiful." This sentence also applies to the Lenz Moser winery, as a large number of winegrowers, who collectively look after the approximately 2,700 hectares of vineyards, deliver the grapes to the winery in small batches in autumn. To ensure that only healthy and perfectly ripened grapes are delivered, the team led by head oenologist Michael Rethaller maintains close contact with the winegrowers and advises them throughout the year.
In addition to the excellent quality of all wine lines and the certainty that they have been created with the greatest attention to detail, it is also the extremely reasonable price range that is highly valued by consumers. Lenz Moser wines also receive due recognition from renowned wine experts, both at home and abroad.
