Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.04.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Emphatically herbal on the nose. Notes of liquorice and fresh tea, reminiscent of dried sage, fruity, fruit-like notes, some Christmas spices. Pleasantly dry on the palate, but very lean, fresh, fine carbonic acid, tea notes. Finishes slightly tart with citrus notes and a subtle sweetness.
