Golden yellow. A slightly bready, ripe note, but also peppery terroir notes and a yellow fruit that doesn't seem very overripe. Soft and silky on the attack, very finely flowing, round and supple, restrained sweetness, ripe acidity, the minerality running through the entire palate is the defining structural motif.
