Medium golden yellow with a subtle mousse. Brioche, lemon and a little nougat on the nose, with nuances of peach and ripe apple as well as some savoury hints. Elegant on the palate with a beautiful texture and well-integrated acidity, fine mousse and a juicy finish with notes of pastry and blossom honey.
