Light golden yellow with silver reflections and a weighty mousse. Fresh yellow pome fruit nuances, hints of pear, mango and blossom honey on the nose, all delicately underlaid with brioche. Juicy and elegant on the palate with a core of fine yellow tropical fruit, apricot and pineapple, backed by a pleasant acidity. It's delicately salty and lemony on the finish, already easy to drink. (Degorgiert 05/23, PM).
