Tasting Notes

93 - 95
Tasting from 04.10.2024: Peter Moser, Gerhild Burkhard, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. Delicate notes of baked goods, white nougat, a hint of yellow stone fruit and some peach on the nose, with white blossom aromas too. The palate is firm and pithy, with medium complexity of fresh apple notes and a lively acidity leading to a mineral-lemon finish. This is a multi-faceted food companion, with good further development potential. (Disgorged 05/23, PM).
