Tasting from 19.11.2021: Gerhild Burkard

White gold with greenish reflections. On the nose there are savoury notes of nettle, lemon balm, with a little caramel and brioche. It is linear, juicy, yet pure on the palate with salty-mineral traction and an aftertaste of stimulating lime. Unadorned finesse!
