Bright luminous gold. Fresh inviting nose of exotic fruit bouquet, pineapple, papaya and lime, underpinned by hawthorn and lemon balm. Juicy palate, fine bubbles, elegant, pleasant acidity with a mineral-tart finish. Lingers on the palate.
