It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Nero from the region Franciacorta in Italy.
Brilliant straw yellow with golden nuances and fine mousse. Pronounced on the nose with notes of yeast dough, fleur de sel and chamomile. Airy mousse on the palate, balanced and carried by vibrant acidity, very juicy on the palate, lingering finish.
