It has a complex bouquet, with notes of sour cherry, blackberry, plum, and blueberry, as well as nutty hints, and beautifully integrated subtle toasty notes. It is elegant on the palate, with a juicy acidity, and vivid red and dark berry fruit, as well as some plum. It has fine-grained tannins, and liquorice notes on a long finish .
