Tasting from 04.10.2024: Peter Moser

Transparent light cherry-red with brick-red edges. A fine, balsamic savouriness emerges from the glass, almost like old Portuguese Garafeira. The palate swings from creaminess to juiciness, the tannins appear very reservedly extracted in quantity, but still possess great inner strength. Juice, savouriness and suppleness remain on the palate for a long time – the Burgundy genes of Pinotage at a bargain price!
