Tasting from 16.08.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark Bordeaux red with subtle brightening of the rim. Intense, noble, dark fruit and spicy nose with notes of confit and fresh dark berries, plum jelly and allspice as well as liquorice. Elegant on the palate, with ripe acidity, ripe, slightly noticeable tannins and a long, balsamic-savoury finish.
