Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.09.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A finely matured yeast savouriness emanates from the glass, brioche, apple, some bergamot. In the mouth, the wine is juicy, supple with a restrained, almost silky mousse. Sweetness and acidity are well balanced, you can't taste the 10 grams of residual sugar. The finish is long and fruity.
