Scents of red berries, underpinned with discreet balsamic notes (strawberry liquorice). Long on the palate with balanced structure and vibrant acidity. The Garnacha grapes were partly fermented with the stems, which provides more structure and gives more weight to the typical, extremely fine-grained tannin of the variety.
