Delicate yellow colour. Aromas of pear and white-fleshed peach, after a while in the glass notes of honey, ripe apricot and peeled almonds appear. Discreet herbal savouriness on the palate, tight structure, animating mix of juicy acidity and discreet saltiness and therefore ideal with seafood of all kinds.
