Tasting from 18.08.2023: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Ripe plum on the nose, pickled cherries, plus spice components, some liquorice, cloves and cinnamon. Seems warm and intense. The palate is rather full-bodied with a soft structure, noticeable ripe tannins and harmonising, vivid acidity. Long finish.
