Brilliant lemon yellow in colour. A clearly defined nose of redcurrant, yellow pear, fresh pastries and an exotic background of ripe pineapple and orange zest. On the palate the delicate, perfectly integrated mousse meets soft acidity and sweet fruit texture, with a lemony touch for freshness. Shows good length, with a finely tart finish.
