Intensely aromatic with ripe dark fruit, cherry, cassis and blackberry, dark tobacco cigar box, garrigue and ink. The generous palate has good substance and also power, with sun-drenched fleshy dark fruit. Powerful, ripe tannins provide structure and grip. The wine is rich and robust with good length, even with hearty dishes.
