Tasting from 11.10.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Somewhat tarry and dark berryish on the nose. Dark chocolate. Syrah spice is noticeable in the background. On the palate the wine is full and round, with mild acidity, mellow tannins and an oily base. A charm offensive from Crozes-Hermitage with a tendency towards good-natured breadth.
