Tasting from 07.02.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Peter Moser

Dark ruby. Fully fruity on the nose with notes of plum and dark cherry, plus nuances of chocolate and savoury hints. Intense and rather full-bodied on the palate, again with lots of fresh, dark fruit, harmonious savouriness and a pleasant grip. Finishes long and fresh.
