Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections and a very fine, persistent mousse. Attractive yellow tropical fruit with some pome fruit, floral nuances, candied orange zest and a hint of brioche on the nose. The palate is taut and elegant, with a core of white apple, a fine acid structure, and salty accents on the finish which is mineral and tightly meshed.
