A reddish-golden shimmer to the straw-yellow colour. On the nose quince jelly, crab apple and small red berries, with some late harvest fruit and a hint of honey. On the palate there's a finely bubbly but very dynamic mousse, with a ripe acidity and a pinch of phenolic grip leading into the dry finish.
