The white wine Cuvée brut nature, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Leon Gold has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Schwarzriesling, Spätburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Württemberg in Germany.
A reddish-golden shimmer in a straw-yellow colour. Quince jelly, crab apple, small red berries, some late harvest fruit and a hint of honey on the nose. The palate reveals a fine, bubbly but very dynamic mousse, ripe acidity and a pinch of phenolics lead into the dry finish.
