Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Intense straw yellow with coarse-grained mousse. Fine nose of yeast dough, yellow apple and a hint of chamomile. On the palate with well-integrated mousse, clear, ripe fruit and crisp acidity, also shows gentle drive, with a subtle bitter note and slight dryness in the finish.
