Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant, intense straw yellow in colour with subtle olive-green reflections and a fine mousse. On the nose, bready notes, delicate hints of chlorine, lime, and yellow peach, with fine floral notes on the end. The palate is textural and hearty, with a well-integrated mousse, yellow fruit notes, juicy and also slightly saline, nicely energetic, and bone-dry.
