Dieser trockene Rotwein "Saperavi" entsteht aus der gleichnamigen Saperavi-Rebe, von den Hängen des Flusses Chelti im Dorf Shilda der Region Kachetien. Der Saperavi of Qvevri wird nach traditionell kachetischer Methode im Qvevri hergestellt. Dieser dunkle, rubinfarbene Wein überzeugt mit dominanten Aromen von Brombeere, Kirsche und schwarzer Johannisbeere. Wir empfehlen diesen Wein zu gegrilltem Fleisch und Käse. Genießen Sie ihn bei einer Temperatur von 16°-18°C.

Very fresh, mineral-tinged fruit, cherry and blackberry, beet, forest honey. On the palate the wine combines fullness and a high density of fine tannins with nuances in the fruit, tactile minerality and juiciness ensure a very elegant finish.
