Delicately fragrant, apple skin, white peach, pears, white flowers, caramel, nutty notes, warm brioche. On the palate, textured and elegant, lively, fresh mousse, fruit paired with savouriness and subtle fruit, a perfectly balanced crémant with beautiful length.
