Light golden yellow in colour. Fresh on the nose, with citrus, white peach, some straw and fruit tree blossom, as well as a very fine light honey touch. Slender and elegant on the palate with a fine, creamy mousse, juicy, ripe acidity and citric notes in the long finish.
