Bright salmon pink with an intense core. On the nose, pronounced notes of toast and butter, a touch of orange peel, a hint of cinchona bark, then, with time, opens up to reveal floral notes. Fresh on the palate, with a subtle core of fruit, good grip in the background and slightly prominent tannins.
