The sparkling wine Asti Spumante DOCG Dolce from the winery Bel Colle has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Moscato from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Shimmering light yellow with silver reflections. Notes of ripe apricots, Williams pears and pineapple on the nose, with a hint of honey blossom. Very sweet on the attack, somewhat explosive in the mousse, yet cheerful on the palate, rich, textured, lots of sweet fruit on the finish.
