Haute Couture: Das ist so unglaublich fein, präzise, nicht gefällig und doch für burgundischen Gaumen eine Freude, hier ist alles so unglaubliche Leicht wie Seide, doch scharf geschnitten, transparente, sehr, helle, eigentlich weiss-grüne, herbe Frucht, und diese klare Struktur der kalkigen Mineralität. Und das wiederholt sich am Gaumen, wieder diese unglaublich präzise Linienführung, das ist so klar geschnitten durch die Zitrusfrische, gleichzeitig so luftig, schäumt mild, fliessend um diesen herben Kern, fast wehend, so transparent, so frisch, herb. Leichter, transparenter, präziser kann Pet-Nat nicht sein!

Subtle bouquet with notes of ripe apricot, apple and citrus nuances. Also yeasty and savoury notes. Creamy texture on the palate, ripe acidity and subtle mousse. Aroma of yellow stone fruit and citrus fruits, medium-long, mineral finish. Uncomplicated.
