Tasting from 17.10.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter

Medium carmine garnet colour, ochre reflections, broad and bright rim. Nuances of dried herbs, ripe plums, a hint of raisins and dried figs, red cherry compote, delicate smoky minerality. Juicy, red forest berries, fresh acidity, vivid, finely spiced tannins, salty on the finish, a good food wine with a delicate tannic finish.
