Pale straw yellow colour, silver reflections. Fine nuances of blossom honey, a hint of apple and mango, candied lime zest, inviting bouquet. Juicy, medium body, fine nuances of meadow herbs with pears in the background, pleasant acidity, mineral finish, fine salty caramel nuances on the finish, a versatile food wine.
