Brilliant straw yellow with golden-green reflections and persistent mousse. Bright and clear on the nose, with notes of ripe stone fruit, white flowers, some white pepper and butter croissant on the finish. Velvety on the palate, with a soft mousse and creamy texture. Very harmonious and long.
