Bright greenish yellow with a delicate, persistent mousse. Great, inviting nose of crunchy tropical fruits and elderberries, also has a slightly sea-salty aroma, with an aftertaste of white roses and butter cookies. Balanced on the palate and with great finesse, the mousse is light and creamy, juicy, clear and salty on the finish.
