Clear straw yellow with a fine mousse. Initially somewhat restrained on the nose, then opens up to notes of jasmine blossom, pineapple and grapefruit, with a hint of wet stone. Grippy on the palate, with a fine mousse, subtle notes of citrus fruit, but unfortunately falls apart a little on the finish.
