Tasting from 07.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

The aroma reveals smoky yeast notes and lots of limestone. In the mouth, an opening extract sweetness surprises, providing an attractive counterpoint to the wine's lively acidity and firm but not astringent tannin. The finish is cherry-fruity and again very chalky, tactile and savoury.
