Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

Very mineral on the nose, with slate, cherry stone, mint and thyme, the fruit remains discreet. In the mouth, the wine has an irresistible elegance, juiciness, lightness, mineral paly and a fine thread of acidity. Very gastronomic and, for all its delicacy, also of great inner firmness.
