Tasting from 01.04.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Spicy oak savouriness on the powerful nose, smoked meat, fairly ripe blackberry, blackcurrant and some liquorice. Medium-bodied on the palate with slightly green tannins, savoury and soft in the mouth, fine acidity, not too long. Should be consumed with food.
